Windham resident named Interim President at Pine Manor College

The Pine Manor College Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that E. Joseph Lee, II, Ph.D has been named the College’s Interim President. Dr. Lee has more than 35 years of higher education experience and is well-equipped to lead Pine Manor.

Pine Manor College is a private, liberal arts women's college located in Chestnut Hill, a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts. It was founded in 1911 and currently serves almost 500 students, 75 percent of whom live on the 60-acre campus.


He has previously served as president of two institutions:  St. Joseph’s College in Standish and Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, KY.  During his career, Dr. Lee has also held high-level management positions at several other colleges.  Dr. Lee received his B.A. and M.A. from St. Michael’s College, and his Ph.D from Boston College. Dr. Lee lives in Windham.


We congratulate Dr. Lee on his appointment and look forward to working with him as the search continues for a permanent President.
