Baylee Bowman, a eighth-grade student at Jordan-Small Middle
School is The Windham Eagle’s Student of the Week. Bowman states that her
favorite subject is math.
“Bailey has demonstrated preparedness, focus, patience and
kindness in each class,” her teachers stated. “She has been a proactive
learner, asking questions for clarity to support her thoughtful and thorough
responses to assignments. Bailey has
exhibited responsible and appropriate behavior both in and outside the
classroom making her a positive role model for all JSMS students. She is technology savvy, cooperative and
likes to help out in class.”
Bowman believes that studying with a group of students is
one of the ways that makes learning fun. During her free time, she loves to
read and play volleyball.
Bowman lives at home with her parents, seven sisters and two
brothers.
