The Windham Town Council met on Tuesday, January 2 at 7
p.m. in the Council Chamber Room.
The agenda item included a request from Bryan Mills to
amend the official Town of Windham Zoning Map. The request is to rezone a
portion of a property on River Road (identified on Tax Map 5, Lot 1-1) from
Farm Residential to Medium-Density Residential.
The Windham Town Council will hold a public hearing on
this subject for members of the community to provide an opportunity to express
concerns for or against the requested amendment to rezone the above stated
River Road property.
The public hearing will be held at the next Council Meeting
on Tuesday, January 9 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber Room.
