Natalie Van Baars of Raymond named to the University of Hartford Dean's List

Natalie Van Baars of Raymond was named to the University of Hartford Dean's List for the fall 2013. She is the daughter of David and Marianne Van Baars and is a sophomore, majoring in photography. She is a 2012 graduate of Windham High School.
