A Child’s World in Windham
was recently awarded reaccreditation with the National Association for the
Education of Young Children for the third time!
As of September 8, 2014 there were 45 accredited programs in
the State of Maine. NAEYC Accreditation is awarded for five year terms.
Early childhood programs accredited by the Academy have
voluntarily undergone a process of self-study and improvement and must meet all
ten Early Childhood Program Standards. For more information about NAEYC
